Pesticide belongs to the corrosive property of chemical agent to metal and plastics. Check and replace nozzles and flowmeters regularly.Third, the maintenance of UAV power system is mainly composed of smart batteries, plugs, motors and other components. The incorrect use of smart batteries during charging and storage will have an impact on their life. Generally speaking, the charging current of smart batteries is between 1C and 2C. It is recommended to charge them with small current in no emergency. In addition, charging and discharging at high temperature will easily lead to battery bulging and smart electricity. Battery power-deficit storage has a significant negative impact on its life. The storage capacity for a long time is kept between 50% and 60%, charging and discharging once every three months.Fourth, smart batteries are equipped with special intelligent balanced chargers, whose charging power is high (rated power is about 1000 watts) and the current carrying capacity should be taken into account when selecting sockets. Generally, rural household wires can carry four chargers at the same time; the maintenance of plugs is often neglected, such as blackening of public plugs, sparking and so on. The head has anti-fire ability. The above situation shows that the surface insulation coating of the plug is worn out. Therefore, in the process of anti-flight operation, it is necessary to clean the plug dust repeatedly and timely with a brush.Basic Points of Maintenance(1) Cleaning appearance: Flying plant protection operation environment is complex, equipment appearance will adhere to a large number of liquid medicine and dust, timely cleaning to avoid corrosion components affecting normal work.(2) Structural inspection: the vibration of plant protection UAV body is relatively strong. Check bolts, snaps, rivets and other connecting parts, such as wear, damage, loosening, sliding wire, rust, etc. to replace or oil in time.(3) Replacement of vulnerable parts: pesticides are corrosive to varying degrees, and the parts in contact with pesticides (pipes, adapters, nozzles, flowmeters, liquid level meters, etc.) should be inspected and replaced in time.(4) Maintenance and storage: The electronic components of plant protection UAV and its subsidiary products need to be stored in a dry and ventilated place, and 60% of the power of smart batteries should be stored, and the batteries should be charged and discharged every three months to activate the batteries.
